Below is a sample of dairy products we carry.

Milk	Cow's milk as either raw, or a variety of full-cream, low-fat, semi heat treated, homogenised, or unhomogenised. Goat's milk as only natural raw milk which is unpasturised and unhomogenised.
Yoghurt	Cow's milk yogurt either plain, low fat, greek, or with fruit, wattle seed, or honey. Sheep's milk yoghurt available either plane or with honey. Goat's milk yoghurt available only in plain.
Cheese	Cow's milk - ricotta, quark, cheddar, shredded cheddar, edam, gouda, haloumi, pecorino, mozorella, st laurent tasty, to name a few. Goat's milk - curd, chevre (plain), chevre (dill), chevre (ash), and cheddar.
Butter	Cow's milk - either unsalted or salted.
Cream	Natural cow's pouring cream, double cream, or mud cream.
Ice Cream	Cow's milk - vanilla, chocolate, etc. Sheeps milk - gelato with macadamia & wattlseed, rum 'n' raisin, vanilla, or chocolate.
Dips	Delicious range or flavours including plain hommus, chili hommus, beetroot, spicy lentil, babaganouj(smoked eggplant), and basil pesto.

We carry a good range of organic dairy products from cheese to yoghurt, to ice cream and natural whole milk.
