LOCAL PRODUCE
We try and source as much local produce as we can to bring you the freshest produce with the highest quality, not to mention save food miles.
Currently, about 1/3 of our produce comes from local suppliers from the Southern Highlands and the surrounding area.
Buying local is about supporting local businesses and helping farmers get a good price for their produce.
